Can you get a pre-painted wood white picket fence? Or do you have to install and then paint?

I have seen vinyl in white, plenty of cedar and pine unfinished, but very few that you can buy pre-painted. Is this generally available? Or is it avoided because it will be scratched/damaged in transit?

I'd rather get it pre-painted and then do touchup as opposed to painting the whole darn thing...Can you get a pre-painted wood white picket fence? Or do you have to install and then paint?
Home Depot sells themCan you get a pre-painted wood white picket fence? Or do you have to install and then paint?
the wooden type are usually only primered white, and are poor grade ( not redwood or cedar) if you purchase the ready-made fence panels, paint the bottoms (ends) with a good water and weather proofing paint before installing. then you can paint the rest at your leisure.
there avalable everywhere, and they dont cost much, there laquered so no need for a touch up, just go ask at your hardware store, just keep clear of the plastic ones no matter how much they tell you there great! they look like ****.
I doubt it is available. It is a good idea to paint everything at lest once before assembly.
