how is redwood and cedar wood made? and... how is water resistant paint made????? from the raw materials to the end product. plz help! detailed process! for both!Wood?????????paint????
Redwood starts as a seed, develops into a sapling, then eventually becomes a tree. Same for cedar. They are species of wood.
The trees are cut down and shipped to a sawmill. They are stripped of bark and cut into rough planks. The planks are milled, then they are placed in a kiln to dry. The dried lumber is wrapped in ';bunks'; and shipped to lumber yards.
As for the paint, there are too many different formulas to give you a list. Contact a paint manufacturer and see if they can give you more information. Hope this helps.Wood?????????paint????
Redwood and cedar are lumber made from trees. Paint is made from elements and chemicals...the solids are made from titanium dioxide, and other materials, the liquids or vehicles are made from petroleum, and synthetic oils or natural oils like cottonseed, linseed, some have alcohol, ammonial, glycol. Then of course color tints are added
